not only cause a breach of the peace, but it will
also lower the nature of the workers. Therefore
Government should impose some restriction in this
respect.
(3) No workmen in any strike shall blockade
shops or factories or interfere with their masters
doing their own work.
(Explanation) A strike is a legitimate movement of
workmen against their masters. but blockade is an
aggressive movement inimical to the general peace
and the master should not be compelled in any strike
to suspend his own work. Therefore in order to
maintain general peace and to deter the workmen from
reckless activities, the above provision is made.
(4) Until registration has been approved by
Government, no labour union shall use ɛny name other
than that of Preparation Office, or shall collect
any member ship fees or form pickets or self-defence
